2. All text and videos on this site is protected by copyright.
3. Do not use our Images, videos or text without written approval.
4. We will take legal action against anyone who violates our Trademarks and Copyrights.

Purchases

1. Purchases are non refundable due to our products being Magic Tricks. It is universally accepted that a part of the purchase price of a Magic Trick is the Secret to the trick, which can’t be returned. Therefore our products are non refundable.
2. Should there be a manufacturing defect on a product you have received we will be happy to exchange it to a new item.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
