What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We are working with several different Cargo Agents / Freight Forwarders and will select the one that has the best delivery time for your place.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
The time it takes for the delivery of your order to reach you depends on where you live and the Cargo Agents service. Usually we ship the same day you place your order and mostly the Cargo Agent will pick up your order from us the same day. If you live in the UK most orders are delivered in 1 -3 days. For the rest of Europe it is mostly 2 – 7 days. If you live very far from a main city it might take 1 or 2 days longer.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once we ship your order we get a tracking number from the Cargo Agent/Freight forwarder. You will be able to see more details at the Tracking Page by clicking here.
From Which Countries Can I Place An Order?
If you live in the UK or anywhere within Europe you can place an order with us. You can change the currency under the products to Euro or British Pounds. If your country is not available during check out then please contact us using this form.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?
You do not need an account with us to place an order. You can place an order as a Guest. It is better if you create an account as you will be able to receive special discounts and gifts from us from time to time and we will be updating you about new products we have.
